Deficiency of it leads to rickets in kids and osteoporosis, weakness, easy fractures, severe bone pain in adults. Low Vitamin D levels are also linked to lifestyle diseases like diabetes and obesity. Renal patients are also prone to face deficiency in Vitamin D as kidney fails to function.

Proper intake of Vitamin D is essential for our health. Vitamin D can lift up our mood and energize us. It reduces depression levels too.
